This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a well-established agency, driving quality, compliance, and growth in fostering services.

As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the fostering service and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations
- Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve Outstanding ratings
- Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and foster carers
- Ensure high-quality therapeutic care for children and young people
- Manage relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and multi-agency teams
- Contribute to business development and service expansion
Essential requirements of this Registered Manager role:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
- Experience in safeguarding and fostering or looked-after children
- Proven leadership and strategic planning experience
- Strong understanding of fostering legislation, NMS, and the Children Act
- Full UK driving licence
