Location: Solihull (Hybrid)

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker for its client's Assessment – Integrated Front Door team based in Solihull.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Solihull's integrated Front Door comprises of an EDT team, MASH and 4 x assessment teams.
  • Each team comprises of 6 x social workers, 1 x ASYE, 1 x advanced practitioner and 1 x Team Manager.
  • Teams are on duty 1 week in every four.
  • The team complete assessments under section 17 and Section 47 alongside child impact reports (similar to section 7 reports).
  • Staff are expected to be office based during their duty week and for two days a week when not on duty.

We are looking for social workers with experience of duty and assessment work who are passionate and committed to delivering a high quality intervention for children.

Due to the semi-rural location, candidates must have a driving licence and access to a car. Flexible hours may be considered, please reach out for a discussion prior to interview.

Solihull Integrated Front Door is a settled service and these current vacancies are mainly due to internal promotion opportunities.

For over a year, caseloads have averaged ***** children. Workers are guaranteed monthly one-to-one supervision, monthly group supervision and bimonthly service development workshops.
