Location: Tower Hamlets

Rate: £32 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting qualified and experienced Social Workers to join a busy Initial Assessments Team based in Tower Hamlets.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate holistic assessments of individuals’ needs and risks.
• Establish and review initial support plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and providers.
• Conduct social care assessments, support planning, and reviews promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Degree-level qualification in Social Work
• Post-qualification experience
