Liquid Personnel are looking for experienced and dedicated practitioners to join our client in Gloucestershire in their Children in Care service.
About the role: As a social worker in the Children in Care team, you’ll hold a caseload of children who may have plans for adoption, guardianship, fostering, or reunification, ensuring their voices are heard and their life history valued. Acting as a corporate parent, you’ll provide guidance, advocacy, and direct support to help them grow into confident adults with access to education, healthcare, activities, and a stable, loving home, working closely with families and carers to secure lifelong positive outcomes.
Benefits:
- Between £36,648– £38,223 per annum for a Social Worker or between £39,186 – £44,428 per annum for a Senior Social Worker subject to experience
- Annual retention payment of £2,000 and welcome payment of £4,000

Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- A recognised qualification in Social Work
- To have passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) if qualified after 2012
- A full driving licence and willingness to drive
- DBS clearance
