Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Referral & Assessment Team based in Gateshead.
Opportunity to work within a Contextual Safeguarding Team, with support from Family Advocate and primarily working with teenagers at risk of harm outside the home.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Experience of undertaking Child & Family Assessments
- Section 47 enquiries
- Child Protection and Child in Need meetings
- Experience of undertaking initial Court and PLO work
As a Social Worker, you are required to
- Hold a Social Work England registration.
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a full UK licence.
- Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
