Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join our client\’s dedicated Mental Health Team based in Bromley to provide high-quality, person-centred social work support to adults experiencing severe and complex mental health difficulties. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing, while ensuring legal and safeguarding responsibilities are met.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Undertake holistic assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended).
  • Develop and review care and support plans in collaboration with service users, carers, and professionals.
  • Lead or contribute to safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, housing officers, and voluntary sector partners.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to discharge planning and crisis intervention.
  • Ensure appropriate interventions are in place to protect vulnerable adults.

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
