Job Title: Social Worker – Locality TeamLocation: HaveringPay Rate: £32 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Adult Social Worker to join our Locality Team. The successful candidate will provide support and services to adults within the community, helping them to achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. This role involves assessment, planning, and intervention to address the needs of individuals and their families.
What will your responsibilities be?
- The post holder reports to the Team Manager / Senior Practitioner. The post holder will work in partnerships with customers and their carers to provide personalised support and achieve the individuals' goals.
- The post holder will complete assessments, reassessments, support planning and/or review functions under the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990.
- The post holder will provide relevant information, advice and support to customers and their carers where the customer does not meet the Councils eligibility criteria.
- The post holder will ensure that all work is risk based incorporating safeguarding at all times. Experience

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
