An exciting job role has recently become available at the Enfield London Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Mental Health Team.
Responsibilities:
- You will work as part of a fully integrated multi-disciplinary team delivering services to people referred to the Older People’s Mental Health Team.
- You will act as a coordinator for service-users under the Care Program Approach.
- As an approved Social Worker, you will be working with patients in a community mental health team, supporting their social and care needs.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
- You need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
