Social Worker – Child Protection – Telford, Telford

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a Fostering and Kinship Team in Telford.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake assessments within the kinship pathway, focusing on quality and analytical practice to ensure safe placements within children’s networks.
  • Manage a complex caseload of assessments through private and public law, producing high-quality court reports.
  • Deliver training and support to other services, applicants, and carers to foster cohesive working relationships.
  • Participate in meetings and forums to promote kinship care, encourage early referrals, and seek permanence for children within their networks.
