They are looking for a new member for their Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be kind, caring, and work in a person-centred way.
You will be competent at completing Care Act Assessments, Mental Capacity Assessments, and making least restrictive Best Interest Decisions.
You will have experience in chairing meetings and attending court, as court experience is a requirement due to the number of people who require the Court of Protection for decisions because they no longer have mental capacity.
You will need to have a strong work ethic and the ability to work on your own initiative.
