Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Services Community Team
Location: Bristol
Rate: £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Bristol City Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Services Community Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be performing S42 Enquiries and urgent visits, prioritising high-risk Care Act assessments and Mental Capacity assessments. You will address situations of harm due to neglect or self-neglect with urgency and care. Additionally, you will make proportionate, person-centred decisions based on comprehensive risk information.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you should have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. You must hold a full UK licence and have post-qualified experience. A degree level or equivalent in Social Work is required. Being a car driver is essential due to the coverage of all of North and West Bristol. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a community team, specifically within Adult Services.
