Job Description:

The service provides in-reach support to Housing First tenants with a history of rough sleeping, addressing high/complex needs and circumstances. These tenants live in one-bed or shared properties within the Borough of Enfield, as part of the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Project.

What will your responsibilities be?

Provide in-reach support to Housing First tenants with a history of rough sleeping, addressing high/complex needs and circumstances. Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ substance use history, mental health, family dynamics, and social support systems. Offer counselling and therapy to individuals with substance use disorders, using evidence-based approaches to help clients identify triggers, develop coping skills, and set achievable goals for recovery.

Qualifications and Experiences:

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK licence, and have a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
