What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertake statutory safeguarding inquiries and assessments in line with legal frameworks and local policies.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the needs and risks of individuals, promoting their independence and quality of life.
- Act as Safeguarding Duty Officer on a rota basis, responding to urgent safeguarding concerns.
- Collaborate with health professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated support for service users.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all interventions and decisions.
- Provide advice and guidance regarding safeguarding processes and available resources.
- Participate in training and development activities to maintain professional competence and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).

- Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills.
