Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for its client’s Adult Review Team, based in Knowsley.
What will your responsibilities be?
Part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
Uses a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
Carries out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
Includes duty responsibilities, requiring regular participation in duty rota.
Focus on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK driving licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
