Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join an Adult Neighbourhood Team based in Rochdale.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with adults (18+) on assessment, support planning, and safeguarding.
  • Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Participate in the duty rota to respond to urgent needs.
  • Provide support across neighbourhood teams in Heywood, Middleton, Pennine, Rochdale North, and Rochdale South.
  • Collaborate with professionals to deliver person-centred care and effective interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
