Liquid Personnel is currently seeking a Social Worker in the Adult Mental Health team to join our client.

Requirements for the role:

  • Complete Care Act assessments for adults with mental health needs.
  • Facilitate timely ward discharges in collaboration with hospital teams.
  • Submit funding applications to secure appropriate care packages.
  • Work with individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental illness.
  • Apply knowledge of mental health pathways, legal frameworks, and person-centred care.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

  • SWE registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
