Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their client’s Adult Learning Disability Team. To be successful, you must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support adults with learning disabilities within a city-based Learning Disability Team, using strength-based and person-centred approaches.
- Conduct Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, and Best Interests decisions, managing risks and collaborating with partner agencies.
- Lead Section 42 safeguarding enquiries as needed and contribute to the team’s duty rota.
- Work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Operate within a hybrid working model, applying behavioural science principles to assessments, planning, and interventions.
