Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced adult social worker to join their esteemed client. To be successful in this role, you must have registration with Social Work England (SWE) as a Social Worker and hold a qualification equivalent to the Diploma in Social Work (DipSW). This role involves working within a community team to manage complex cases and provide a range of social work interventions. The ideal candidate will have post-qualified experience and be eligible to work in the UK.

Requirements for the role:
- Work within a busy, generic adult care team based in Ilkeston, delivering statutory services under the Care Act.
- Carry out strengths-based assessments and reviews for individuals with complex needs, arranging appropriate services to meet eligible outcomes.
- Engage with adults and their families in a person-centred way to promote independence and maximise wellbeing.
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries and mental capacity assessments in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
- Participate in the team's duty rota, providing timely and effective responses to new referrals and urgent situations.
