Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist for its client based in Hereford.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Work as part of a wider Occupational Therapy team supporting a diverse service user group across rural, town, village, and city settings
- Supervise a small group of Occupational Therapy staff while maintaining a small caseload of complex cases
- Handle daily referral enquiries and participate in regular stakeholder meetings
- Undertake audits and contribute to service development and quality assurance
- Mentor staff and students, manage performance, and uphold professional and organisational standards
- Champion key specialisms such as Moving and Handling, Adaptations, Technology Enabled Living, and Community Equipment Store clinical leadership

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
