Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Community Occupational Therapist for its client in Rochdale. The successful candidate will support a fast-paced team focused on delivering strength-based, incremental assessments. You'll work with adults aged 18 and over to promote independence and safety through the provision of equipment and home adaptations.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete strength-based OT assessments for equipment and adaptations
  • Manage a varied caseload efficiently across all adult age groups
  • Promote independence and safety in the community
  • Apply relevant legislation to support best practice
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled, friendly team
  • Receive supervision from an Advanced Practitioner OT
  • Transition to hybrid working once training is complete

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HCPC registration
  • Previous experience in community-based OT work
  • Strong understanding of legislation relevant to Community OT
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
