Qualified Social Worker – Shropshire – Looked After Children – £33.30

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Shropshire based within the Looked After Children team. To work in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a LAC Social Worker:

• Working with Children and Families to achieve the desired outcome
• Attending and Participating in Strategy meetings
• Completing Care Plans
• Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
• Completing Pathway Plans
• Completing Children and Family Assessments
• Multi Agency working with partner agencies

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
