Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Oldham, based within the Looked After Children team.
Responsibilities:
- Working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes
- Discharging care orders
- Attending and participating in strategy meetings
- Conducting Looked After Children reviews
- Completing care plans
- Preparing Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
- Completing pathway plans
- Conducting children and family assessments
- Engaging in multi-agency work with partner agencies

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
