Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Older Persons Mental Health Team – Middlesbrough Location: Middlesbrough Rate: £285 per day Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Older Persons Mental Health Team based in Middlesbrough.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be managing casework and conducting reviews, including face-to-face visits five days a week, with two days working from an office setting.
You will be supporting adults aged 65+ with mental health needs, primarily dementia, within the Older Persons Mental Health Team.
