Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and qualified Social Workers to join an Adoption Team based in Lincolnshire's Fostering Team as they explore new ways of working within the transformation of Children’s services as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for completing Form C assessments for connected carers and providing effective supervision to mainstream foster carers, ensuring they have the support needed to care for the children living with them.
- Additionally, you will ensure the completion of comprehensive and high-quality foster carer reviews.
- Your role will also involve the assessment, supervision, and support of kinship carers.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK.
- You need to possess a full UK driving licence and have a Social Work qualification, such as a degree or an equivalent certification.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services is also required.
