Job Title : Regional Manager – Children’s Residential Services

Pay Rate : £70,000 – £85,000 per annum

Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee a group of high-quality Children’s Homes of its client in the Preston area. What will your responsibilities be?
- In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting new foster parents and managing their licensing, re-licensing, and training.
- You will coordinate relationships with counties and referral sources, meet bi-weekly with children and foster parents, and oversee daily operations of the regional program.
- You will design and implement a recruitment plan to support program growth and ensure all state requirements are met in foster homes.
- Additionally, you will handle grievances, maintain knowledge of program and clinical processes, and participate in internal and external committees to address Social Policy regarding foster care and children aging out.
- Other duties may be assigned by the State Director, Treatment Foster Care.
