Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health team, based in Oldham.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Mental Health Assessment — Complete holistic social care and mental health assessments under the Care Act and Mental Health Act interface, evaluating risk, capacity, strengths, and support needs for adults experiencing acute or enduring mental health difficulties.
- Safeguarding & Risk Management — Lead on safeguarding enquiries, crisis intervention, and complex risk planning, working collaboratively with AMHPs, clinicians, and crisis services to ensure safety, legal compliance, and proportionate responses.
- Recovery‑Focused Care Coordination — Provide care coordination within a multidisciplinary team, developing person‑centred support plans, monitoring progress, and enabling recovery, independence, and community integration through partnership working.
