About the Role:
Stoke On Trent City Council is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team and provide exceptional care to clients.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct home visits to assess needs and provide recommendations.
- Offer support to clients and carers.
- Collaborate with professionals to gather information.
