Working Pattern: Full-time – 10 assessments per week

Liquid Personnel is currently seeking Occupational Therapist for its client located at Shropshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 10 single-handed care assessments per week as part of a 15-week review project
  • Evaluate existing care packages and recommend appropriate equipment to reduce reliance on multiple carers
  • Promote independence and improve client wellbeing through tailored OT interventions
  • Order and manage equipment needs in line with the Care Act (2014)
  • Collaborate with the Adult Social Care team to reassess and update support plans
