Job Description:

Liquid Personnel have an exciting opportunity to pilot the innovative, specialist skills of an Occupational Therapist within the Review Team for its client at Islington. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about person-centred care and improving outcomes for adults in the community.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Undertake strength-based reviews and assessments in line with the Care Act 2014
  • Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence
  • Recommend and coordinate the provision of equipment and adaptations
  • Contribute to service development and the piloting of new approaches within the Review Team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working in adult social care settings
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014
