Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a key part of its client’s Reablement Team, supporting individuals to regain independence after illness, injury, or hospital discharge. This proactive role involves working directly in clients’ homes to promote well-being and reduce long-term care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strengths-based assessments
- Develop and implement personalised reablement plans
- Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams
- Benefit from support from OT Assistants and our Principal OT
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
