The Adult Social Care Team at the London Borough of Islington is seeking a Duty Occupational Therapist to cover a vacancy. This supportive team emphasizes staff well-being, offering free in-house training for locums, regular supervision and a manageable workload.

- Screen incoming Occupational Therapy (OT) referrals via initial telephone assessments.
- Order minor equipment following assessments (such as toilet frames and commodes).
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Provide telephone-based initial assessments and perform home visits if necessary due to staff shortages.
- Hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days from home.
Requirements:
- Recent social services experience.
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience.
- Some duty experience required.
- Full-time availability.
