Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruitingOccupational Therapist for its clients Intermediate Care team located based in Southwark.

Join our clients integrated ICS team delivering short-term, targeted support to promote independence and recovery. This locum role focuses on reablement, manual handling, and personalised interventions in service users’ homes.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Conduct OT assessments and develop reablement plans
  • Deliver strengths-based interventions to support independence
  • Provide standard and specialist equipment, and refer for adaptations
  • Complete manual handling assessments and plans
  • Maintain accurate electronic case records
  • Support and guide junior staff and students
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    To be successful in this role you must have,

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in community or integrated care settings (desirable)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
