Liquid Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist – Adults Community for its client across Countywide (Buckinghamshire). Join a friendly, innovative, and supportive team delivering a responsive, equitable, and high-quality community occupational therapy service to adults with long-term conditions across Buckinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and holistic assessments of adults with long-term conditions and their carers in the home environment
- Manage and organise your own caseload, ensuring timely assessments and reviews
- Develop a strong understanding of the role of equipment, minor/major adaptations, and housing solutions in promoting independence
- Provide input to OT assessment clinics across the county
- Build competence in moving and handling techniques, including single-handed care
- Contribute to OT triage, gaining insight into referral management and innovative risk-reduction strategies
- Participate in service development, audits, evidence-based practice, and raising the profile of community OT
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development, identifying and addressing training needs
- Supervise and mentor appropriate staff across the integrated service
- Collaborate with health, housing, and social care colleagues to ensure effective partnership working
- Deliver person-centred rehabilitation and support individualised goals
- Undertake additional duties as deemed appropriate by the Team Manager

Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with adults with long-term conditions in a community setting
- Strong understanding of equipment provision, adaptations, and housing legislation
