Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist to join our client at Hertfordshire’s Adult Disability Service (West) as a Locum OT, working across Hertsmere and supporting neighbouring areas including Dacorum, St Albans, Three Rivers and Watford. This is a full‑time, office‑based role within a friendly, supportive team that welcomes locums into practice forums and peer groups.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Moving & handling + adaptations — essential knowledge for major/minor adaptations
  • Holistic assessments using appropriate frameworks to deliver cost‑effective support plans
  • Caseload management with autonomy, prioritisation and strong decision‑making
  • Multi‑agency collaboration across social care, community teams and local networks
  • Case planning & review using analysis and technical expertise to shape outcomes
  • Operational feedback to support continuous service improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

  • HCPC‑registered OT qualification
  • Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 & Mental Capacity Act 2005
  • Strong partnership working skills
  • Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
