Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist to join our client at Hertfordshire’s Adult Disability Service (West) as a Locum OT, working across Hertsmere and supporting neighbouring areas including Dacorum, St Albans, Three Rivers and Watford. This is a full‑time, office‑based role within a friendly, supportive team that welcomes locums into practice forums and peer groups.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Moving & handling + adaptations — essential knowledge for major/minor adaptations
- Holistic assessments using appropriate frameworks to deliver cost‑effective support plans
- Caseload management with autonomy, prioritisation and strong decision‑making
- Multi‑agency collaboration across social care, community teams and local networks
- Case planning & review using analysis and technical expertise to shape outcomes
- Operational feedback to support continuous service improvement
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC‑registered OT qualification
- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 & Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Strong partnership working skills
- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
