Pay Rate: £32 per hour

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client based in Nottingham. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community by reviewing care packages, promoting independence, and delivering strengths-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out holistic assessments for adults in the community
  • Review care packages and reduce dependency where appropriate
  • Recommend and arrange provision of moving and handling equipment
  • Promote independence through strengths-based and preventative approaches
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver cost-effective care
  • Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and FOI regulations
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and HCPC professional standards

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or master’s in occupational therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working with adults in a community setting
  • Proven ability to review care packages and implement equipment solutions
  • Preferred experience using Liquid Logic case management system
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, and Adult Safeguarding
