Liquid Personnel is recruiting an ABI Specialist (Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Social Worker) for its client located in Milton Keynes. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic and professional leadership within a dynamic rehabilitation team. About the Services: The charity in Milton Keynes is a specialist residential centre offering ongoing rehabilitation and expert care for individuals with acquired and traumatic brain injuries. Its multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping people regain lost skills and achieve personal goals through tailored, evidence-based interventions.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver autonomous SaLT services within a multidisciplinary team
- Assess and manage communication and dysphagia needs
- Collaborate with service users and their social networks to overcome barriers
- Provide specialist assessments and develop rehabilitation plans
- Deliver training to staff and families
- Contribute to service innovation and development
