About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join its client's Home First Neighbourhood Team based in Oxfordshire.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Complete home assessments across South Oxfordshire (own transport required)
  • Conduct bedside assessments in hospital settings
  • Carry out Care Act assessments and develop person-centred plans
  • Promote independence and support individuals on their reablement journey
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualified
  • Strong assessment and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and reablement practices
  • Must have own transport
  • Experience in promoting independence and delivering community-based care
