Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Family Court Advisor team, based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected national organisation, supporting children involved in family court proceedings while benefiting from flexible hybrid working and a competitive hourly rate.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Represent the voice of the child throughout private and public law proceedings.
- Undertake Child Impact Analyses, safeguarding assessments, and Section 7 reports.
- Prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for the Family Court.
- Work closely with families, legal professionals, local authorities, and partner agencies.
- Manage a varied caseload while ensuring the child's welfare remains at the centre of all decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience
- To be successful in this role you must have;
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Social Work England registration.
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience within children's services.
- Previous experience completing court reports (Section 7, Child Impact Analysis, Private/Public Law work).
- Strong assessment, report writing, and court presentation skills.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
