Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a client's Adults with Substance Misuse team based in North Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective range of specialist social work interventions for working-age adults with substance misuse issues.
- Manage a caseload of service users with complex, comorbid needs requiring care coordination within a defined service area.
- Plan, organize, and manage residential and inpatient detox for customers, ensuring appropriate information is given to providers and service users.
- Work autonomously in coordination with other professionals and agencies, acting as the link between substance misuse and social care services.
- Provide specialist knowledge within the locality around social care, residential rehabilitation, and assessments.
