Liquid Personnel has exciting opportunities for experienced support workers to join a fantastic, supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Manchester, for its client based in Leyland, Lancashire.

Responsibilities:
- Support the team leader in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
- Regularly complete risk assessments and keep records up to date.
- Provide physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
- Provide emotional support for an individual and their families.
- Support and help with health care needs, including routine checks or administering medication.
- Teach life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
