Pay Rate: £25,820 – £26,070 per annum (inclusive of sleeps ins) – dependent upon experience

Shift patterns: Mixture of earlies, lates and sleep ins.

Liquid Personnel has exciting opportunities for experienced support workers to join a fantastic, supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Manchester, for its client based in Leyland, Lancashire.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team leader in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
  • Regularly complete risk assessments and keep records up to date.
  • Provide physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support for an individual and their families.
  • Support and help with health care needs, including routine checks or administering medication.
  • Teach life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
