Are you passionate about making a real difference to children and families? If so, Liquid Personnel is seeking dedicated Parenting Support Workers to join our client’s Family Residential Home in Essex. In this role, you’ll work directly with families facing complex challenges, helping parents develop practical skills and supporting children under 5 to reach their full potential. You’ll collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure children’s needs are met and families stay together. This is a hands-on, rewarding role that requires flexibility, including some evenings and weekends, to provide responsive support when families need it most.
Key Responsibilities
