Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client’s Adult Services teams at Basingstoke, New Forest, Winchester, Fareham.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct home and community-based assessments
- Deliver interventions to improve functional ability and independence
- Collaborate with MDTs and contribute to care planning
- Manage expectations of residents awaiting OT input
- Provide moving & handling assessments and support
Qualifications & Experience:
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
- Experience with PD clients and adult social care
- Full UK driving licence and access to insured vehicle
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
