About the Role:
Join as a Senior Practitioner in the dynamic Joint Emergency Team in Greenwich, where you’ll lead urgent response efforts and make a real impact in crisis intervention. What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will respond to urgent referrals as part of the Joint Emergency Team (JET), conducting assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA) to ensure timely, person-centred interventions. You will co-produce care solutions, safeguard vulnerable individuals, and collaborate with health and social care professionals in a fast-paced, integrated setting that values creativity, autonomy, and effective crisis resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
