Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to support its client in Northeast England with a paediatric assessment backlog project. This role will focus on undertaking paediatric occupational therapy assessments and producing recommendations to support children and young people. Please note that this is a non-treatment role, with no ongoing therapy provision or case-holding responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments and delivering high-quality recommendations to help address the current backlog.

Pay Rate: £230 per completed assessment and £50 per review.

Minimum Commitment: Candidates must be able to complete a minimum of four assessments per week.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Complete paediatric occupational therapy assessments.
  • Produce clear, evidence-based reports.
  • Make appropriate recommendations to meet each child's needs.
  • Complete review work where required.
  • Manage a minimum of 4 assessments per week.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience working within a paediatric occupational therapy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage assessments in an office-based environment.
