Pay Rate: ÂŁ38 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Independent Reviewing Officer for its client to join as Chairperson in the Child Protection team based in Staffordshire.

Responsibilities:

  • Chair Child Protection Conferences and statutory Child in Care reviews, ensuring all plans are robust, achievable, and centred on the child’s needs.
  • Visit children, gather their views, and ensure their voices are central to decision‑making.
  • Scrutinise multi‑agency planning, challenge delays, and elevate concerns where necessary.
  • Monitor Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Personal Education Plans (PEPs), and Health Assessments, contributing to quality assurance and promoting restorative, child‑centred practice across Staffordshire and beyond.
