Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Independent Reviewing Officer for its client to join as Chairperson in the Child Protection team based in Staffordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Chair Child Protection Conferences and statutory Child in Care reviews, ensuring all plans are robust, achievable, and centred on the childâs needs.
- Visit children, gather their views, and ensure their voices are central to decisionâmaking.
- Scrutinise multiâagency planning, challenge delays, and elevate concerns where necessary.
- Monitor Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), Personal Education Plans (PEPs), and Health Assessments, contributing to quality assurance and promoting restorative, childâcentred practice across Staffordshire and beyond.
