Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting EHCP Writers to join its client based in Lancashire. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while contributing to meaningful work in the development of Education, Health and Care Plans.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Draft Education, Health and Care Plans that are legally sound and person-centred
- Collaborate with professionals across education, health, and social care sectors
- Ensure all EHCPs meet statutory standards and incorporate child and family voice
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and the EHCP process
- Exceptional writing ability, with attention to detail, and highly organized
- Skilled in analysing reports and communicating complex information clearly
- Availability to write 4-8 plans per week
