Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support adults across the South of County Durham, including Weardale, Teesdale, Bishop Auckland, Shildon and Newton Aycliffe. This role is based in Crook.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Social care OT practice including moving & handling, equipment provision and adaptations
  • Community‑based assessments across multiple localities
  • Supporting independence through tailored interventions and safe practice
  • Multi‑agency collaboration with local partners and services

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in adult social care OT
  • Strong knowledge of moving & handling, equipment and adaptations
  • Ability to work independently across a wide geographical patch
