Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker with adoption expertise to join its client’s Adoption Team for an initial 6-month period. This team works closely with the Permanence Team and is driving forward improvements in adoption practice, including how post-adoption support is delivered.
You will work across all elements of adoption services, including:
- Post-adoption support
- Access to records
- Non-agency adoption cases

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Deliver high-quality adoption social work services in line with legislation and best practice.
- Provide tailored post-adoption support to families.
- Manage access to records requests and non-agency adoption processes.
- Collaborate with the Permanence Team and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
- Previous experience in adoption social work
