What will your responsibilities be?
- Carry out needs led assessments of occupational performance with clients who have a wide range of medical conditions and physical disabilities.
- Agree on appropriate provision of equipment and handle both minor and major adaptations.
- Carry out holistic assessments and take action to reduce and manage risks to people in their homes.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Additionally, you must hold a full UK driving license and have the legal right to work in the UK.
