Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy team in Tameside, based within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities

  • Working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes
  • Discharging care orders
  • Attending and participating in strategy meetings
  • Conducting Looked After Children Reviews
  • Completing Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments
  • Engaging in multi-agency working with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for the children and families served
