Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join a busy team in Tameside, based within the Looked After Children team.
Responsibilities
- Working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes
- Discharging care orders
- Attending and participating in strategy meetings
- Conducting Looked After Children Reviews
- Completing Care Plans, Child Permanence Reports (CPR), Pathway Plans, and Children and Family Assessments
- Engaging in multi-agency working with partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support for the children and families served
